Following to the previous successul years, Prudential takes the honor to maintain this program in 2012 with below criteria:

From 25 mil. to less than 40 mil.
SILVER
From 40 mil. to less than 150 mil.
GOLD
From 150mil. to less than 350 mil. 
DIAMOND
From 350 mil. plus
 
  • Applied for customers who have billing frequency anually, half-yearly or quarterly and registered contact telephone with Prudential.
  • In case, enterprises purchase insurance for staff, the life assured of every policy will be considered as a policy owner of that policy and it shall be applied for the above mentioned priority standard. 
  • Condition for Priority customers can be adjusted annually.

Birthday gifts for VIP customers (Silver, Gold & Diamond) 

Each year, on your birthday, Prudential will send a birthday card and gift to you. For priority customers of the Gold & Diamond services, a birthday gift will be given to both the policy owner and the life assured of the basic plan of the qualifying policy.

Customers in different areas may receive different gifts subject to availability of service suppliers of Prudential. The way of giving gifts may be changed every year.

Please be noted: If you are using the dispatch address of your servicing agent, or want to change the address for receiving gifts, please immediately inform Prudential so that we can adjust in time and send gifts to your required address.

Medical check-up Service

Health care is a key interest for every one. Understanding this, Prudential brings you a yearly free medical check-up service (or a special discount) at a prestigious centres. This is a feature for our Gold & Diamond customers only.

You will receive a medical check-up ticket issued by Prudential. With PruVIP Card and this medical check-up ticket, you can get a general check-up free of charge (or special discount) at the medical centres listed out on the ticket. The medical report will be directly sent to you by the medical centres. This priority is offered to both policy owner and life assured of qualified basic plan.

Special event at the end of the year Annually, Prudential will have a special event at the end of the year for Diamond customers. This programme may be changed every year.
 
New year calendar Before each new year, Prudential will send you a new year calendar (wall calendar or desk calendar) via a servicing agent.
 
Special priority shopping or using service at the POS reserved to PruVIP Program  

With a PruVIP card, you will receive a special priority shopping service at selected POS (detailed in the suppliers list applying to the PruVIP card). This is the highest rate which suppliers apply for PruVIP card holder only.

At the same time, you can still use your PruVIP card to participate in the PruVIP programme.
