    1. What does Claimant need to do when insurable event occur?
      - Inform the servicing agent to get detailed instructions.
      - Submit required documents as listed in Claim instruction letters.
      - Co-operate with Prudential to submit further documents required to clarify claim event (if any) so that Claims department can quickly finalize the claim assessment process.
    2. Besides visiting the nearest Prudential Branch Offices or General Agency Offices to get Claim forms and Claim instruction letters, where can customers refer or obtain them?
      - To quickly and conveniently refer and obtain all Claim forms and Claim instruction letters,

      - Agents can access the Pru connect.
    3. How can customers be updated the status of claim requests?
      The Customer Service Center nationwide can update the status of claim requests to customer when receiving customer requirement.

    4. How can Claims department complete quickly claim assessment process?
      Customers need to submit required documents as listed in Claim instruction letters or in requirement letter (if any) for Claims department to complete assessment process quickly.
       
      Customers can submit the documents regarding to the event firstly for Claims department to start claim assessment process, the documents of payment can be submit later if customer need more time to complete (refer Claim instruction letter or Claim procedure table).
    5. How long is the Claim processing period after Prudential receiving full and legal claim documents?
      Prudential is responsible to pay insurance benefit within 30 (thirty) days from the date Prudential receives the full and legal claim documents as required.
