Rest assured, all customer feedback and views are handled in strict confidence following the Company’s rigorous service standards.

Prudential’s Customer Care Section is where customer complaints and feedback are received, whetherditectly or through mail, e-mail, telephone, fax. Now, staff of Customer Care section presents at the offices of HCMC, Hanoi, Danang, Haiphong, Nhatrang. Upon receipt of a complaint or feedback, the relevant departments will provide you with timely and satisfactory solutions. Also, as an extra safety measure, all complaints and feedback are carefully recorded and presented to Prudential’s Senior Management. This ensures that your feedback gets heard at the highest levels of the organisation which in turn guarantees that you receive the highest standard in service quality.
