Pru-priority is Prudential's special customer care program for High End Customers with the following information:

1.  Pru-Priority criteria

a) Silver customer
Policy owner with total annual premium from 18 mil Dong to under 80 mil Dong

b) Gold customer
Policy owner with total annual premium from 80 mil Dong to under 200 mil Dong.

c) Diamond customer
Policy owner with total annual premium from 200 mil Dong and over.

In case of policies bought by enterprise for its staff, the life assured (LA) of each policy will be considered as policy owner to receive priority benefits in accordance with the above VIP criteria.

The VIP criteria may be reviewed annually.

2. Benefits of VIP Customer

Silver customer: We are pleased to offer the following special benefits:

• Priority turn around time for all requests related to policies
• Birthday gift and card for Policy owner
• Birthday card for the LA of main product
• VIP Calendar for Policy owner
• Special favour/ discount as using ACB credit card
• Free legal consultancy
• Special favour/discount when shopping or using services at points of sales (POS) for Pru-priority program only.

Golden customer: Apart from above mentioned benefits, Golden customers will  gain more benefits as follows:

• Birthday gift and card for LA of main product
• Free general heath examination for PO and LA of main product at selected Medical Centers.

Diamond customer: Apart from the benefits for Silver and Golden customers mentioned above, Diamond customers will have a chance to:

• Attend a special program at the year end. This program will be altered every year.

Special privileges for using services and shopping at points of sales covered by Pru_Priority program: 

With a Pru-priority card, you can get a preferential treatment when shopping or using services at selected points of sales (introduced in Pru-priority handbook). This is the highest discount which the merchants can offer for Pru-Priority card holders only.

Besides, you can also utilize Pru-priority card for Pru-privilege program.

Yearly free health check coupon:
Heath care is the first concern of everyone. Understanding of the importance, Prudential has provided you with yearly free health-check service at prestigious medical centers. This benefit is just for Golden & Diamond priority customers.

You will get health-check coupon issued by Prudential. With this coupon and Pru-priority card, you can go for a general medical examination free of charge at any medical center listed in the coupon. The health check result will be sent directly to you by the service supplier. This benefit is for both Life Assured and Policy owner of main qualified policies.

A special program:
Every year end, Prudential will organize a special program for Diamond customers. This benefit form may be varied each year.
