Easily, quickly and exactly – with 1 message followed the syntax and sent to the switchboard number 8099, customer can enquiry the policy’s information such as status of proposal, policy information, claim information…

To use this service, customer should register by filling full information on "Phiếu đăng ký dịch vụ thông tin trực tuyến" by 2 ways as follow:

• Receive and fill the form at any Customer Service Counters nationwide.
• Access into website www.prudential.com.vn, click PRUOnline (at the right side of the screen), choose the “Thư viện thông tin” and print out the “Phiếu đăng ký dịch vụ thông tin trực tuyến”. After filling in the form, please send the completed form to any of Prudential Customer Service Centers nationwide.
