death and dismemberment” extends accident coverage and
raises benefits of the insurance product.
Insurance Benefits

Accidental dismemberment benefits:
If the life assured suffers from loss or dismemberment
and total paralysis of a part of the body due to accident
(details laid down in the policy). Prudential shall pay up
to 100% of the sum assured.
Accidental third – degree burns occupying
over 20% of skin area:
Prudential shall pay 100% of the sum assured of the
rider insurance product if the life assured suffers
third-degree burns occupying 20% skin area. Medical
expense for severe acidental burns is costly and treament
takes time, the payment made by Prudential will cover the
expenses and speed recovery.
Accidental Death benefits:
If the life assured dies due to an accident prior to
the maturity date, the beneficiary shall receive the sum
assured of the rider insurance product.
If the life assured dies due to an accident as a passenger
on public transports, etc. the beneficiary shall receive
double indemnity
benefit.
If the life assured dies due to an accident as a passenger
on a business flight, the payment for beneficiary shall be
as triple as the sum
assured.
If prior claim on acidental dismemberment has been made,
the total amount paid due to acidental burns and death
will be calculated accordingly the sum assured of the
rider product.
