From 12 to 19 March 2016, Prudential Vietnam cooperated with the British Embassy and the Chamber of Trade and Investment of Britain to organize a food and drink festival week named “Food is GREAT Britain” with various activities. Save for the purpose of introducing the British culinary to Vietnamese, Prudential Vietnam seized this chance to show its appreciation to long-established clients through the hi-class experience at the festival.

For a long time, the British culinary has been well known for its whisky, Scotland salmon, various pastries made from hi-class cheese and yoghurt, and hi-quality fresh fruits. Nowadays, thanks to the advanced technologies, the British have successfully grown pepper plants in Devon, wasabi in Dorset, sweet potato in Kent, etc. and thereby diversified the sources of food of the country. 

At the Festival taken place on March 16th, the clients of Prudential Vietnam, who have insurance premiums falling due, were invited to the event to enjoy the British dishes made by Mr. Gary Rhodes, a well-known chef of Britain, with the attendance of Miss Tourism Ngoc Diem. In addition, the company also donated a lot of attractive prizes for contest winners and guests attending in the culinary program during the Festival. This was how Prudential shown its commitments to accompany with and to bring the best experience to its clients. 

The Festival sets up various pavilions and programs to introduce the British culinary with outstanding products in AEON Malls Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City as well as to organizes the activities to build the bridge between the culinary of Vietnam and British at Intercontinental, Metropole Ha Noi, and Le Meridien hotels. Furthermore, this Festival is inclusive of the organization of Conference on Food Safety in Ha Noi on March 14th and Conference on the Importance of Brand Name in Ho Chi Minh City on March 18th
