By sending your application form / CV to humanresources@prudential.com.vn so that we can contact you with suitable opportunities, or by applying for a specific role. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will contact you regarding relevant opportunities as they arise.

Our review of resumes will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to complete and at that time, if we have further interest in learning more about your background, we will be in touch with you. If your application has not been short-listed, we will retain your resume on file and contact you again should other suitable vacancy arises.

Prudential’s recruitment process is designed to ensure recruitment and selection is conducted in the most efficient and proper way. The general process is structured as follows:

  1. Screening (test or minimum qualification): may or may not be happened depending on job and hiring department’s requirement.
  2. First interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist
  3. Second interview with Line Manager and HRBP
  4. Third interview with Line Manager’s Manager
  5. Final assessment: may be applied for a certain job or job band
  6. Job offer

Our usual process for each round may vary from 1 to 2 weeks for selected candidate for the next interview. We will be in touch with you for further notification. If we decide not to pursue your candidacy for this position, we will retain your resume for future openings with a thank you note for your time and interets in Prudential.
