HUMAN RESOURCES

Department: HR Business Partner – Human Resources

Working Location: HCMC

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in streamlining the various processes and documentations.
  • Support HRBP on local HR campaigns: learning, development conference, people review, performance management
  • Support the deployment of Leadership mind-set in the function through various events
  • Work in collaboration with the Resource Manager and HRBP to support the Competences Management
  • Support Change Management into the Business with local HR initiatives, in accordance with Company Transformation and New Ways of Working
  • Reporting and support on day-to-day HR activities like recruitment, absenteeism management, mobility, KPI, succession planning etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Be able to manage several stakeholders and are customer and solution oriented.
  • Be able to work proactively, with autonomy.
  • Have a good level on Excel and are keen to work on IT tools.
  • Having a first HR experience could be an advantage.
  • This position requires a negotiation level in English.

CORPORATE AFFAIRS

Job Responsibilities:
– Develop integrated communication strategy to maintain consistent corporate identity
– Lead the Communication/Media/Event agency for effective implementation of communication activities across portfolio & channels
– Drive impactful communication campaigns to enhance public perception and improve corporate brand visibility
– Oversee and manage the creation and execution of integrated communications and marketing materials while maintaining strong corporate branding (tone, look and feel).
– Plan and monitor budget for related campaigns
