Pay With Your Debit Or Credit Card

1. Payment via PRUOnline

There are 2 ways for you to pay premium fee via Customer Portal - PRUonline:

  • Use your local or international debit/credit card to pay via PRUonline (applicable for both website and mobile application); or
  • Register to the auto debit payment service with your Visa/ Master/JCB credit card via PRUonline (applicable for website version). With this service, your due premium of registered periods will be automatically charged to the registered credit card. Please see detailed guideline here.

2. Payment at Vietcombank ATMs

With your Vietcombank ATM cards, you can pay your due premium at any Vietcombank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) nationwide. Find the nearest Vietcombank ATM here.

3. Payment at Prudential Customer Service Center or General Agency Office

We have two Customer Service Centers and more than 300 General Agency Offices nationwide to support our customer in premium payment. Find our nearest office here.

Note:

The mPOS is used for premium collection at our Customer Service Centers. You will be asked to sign (electronically) and input your email address. After the transaction, you will receive:

  • The Electronic receipt (e-receipt) will be sent to the email address you’ve just inputted. This e-receipt is a confirmation of the transaction from the bank, replacing the on-spot receipt.
  • The Electronic bill (e-bill) will be sent to your registered email address (if any) on the day of transaction. At the same time, you will receive a message confirming the payment via the phone number you’ve registered with Prudential. You can access to those e-bills anytime via PRUonline (applicable for both website and mobile application).

4. The at-home premium collection service

Please call our hotline at 1800 1 247 (toll free) to register for the at-home premium collection service.

The mPOS is used for the at-home premium collection service. You will be asked to sign (electronically) and input your email address. After the transaction, you will receive:
