Launched on August 28th, 2018, PRUrewards is the very first Loyalty program of Prudential which empowers customers to select gifts and discounts based on their own interests via the customer portal – PRUonline, applicable for both website and mobile application versions. This is also one of the key projects following “Customer Centricity” strategy that we have brought to our customers.

Customers with annual premium* starting from 25 million VND will be invited to join PRUrewards, with 3 membership tiers as follows:

  • Gold: Customers with annual premium from 25 million VND to less than 150 million VND
  • Platinum: Customers with annual premium from 150 million VND to less than 350 million VND
  • Diamond: Customers with annual premium starting from 350 million VND.

(*) The annual premium used to define membership tiers is based on in-forced policies and does not include top-up premium and cost of insurance (for Investment linked products and Universal life products), payments for policy loans and any interest incurred from automatic premium loans.

New customers from September 2018 who meet PRUrewards’ membership requirements will be invited to join PRUrewards program.

Existing customers who are currently members of PRUVIP+ can choose to join PRUrewards program instead of PRUVIP+.

Joining PRUrewards, customers will be experiencing the convenience of: 

  • Easy to register via PRUonline (applicable for both website and mobile application versions)
  • Easy to earn points, including points for paying premiums and birthday points
  • Easy to burn points for various gifts and discounts offered by well-known merchants such as Tiniworld, Gyu Kaku, YOLA English center… as well as numerous upcoming merchants such as Lazada, CGV, Grab, Vinmart…
